The Gregg County Sheriff's Office, through its Jail Division, maintains the county's detention facilities that house arrested, pretrial, and some convicted inmates. One can use the Sheriff's Jail Inmate Search tool to look up details about inmates arrested by the office and other local law enforcement agencies.

The county's Case Inquiry Search tool also provides access to jail records and bond information, but these are more focused on historical data about people who have been remanded in jail. People can select the Jail Records option to search inmates by name or booking number.
